Warren Oil is looking for a dyanamic customer service professional for our West Memphis, AR plant.  This person must be versatile as they will also be providing receptionist/front desk support to incoming visitors.

Customer Service Duties:

  • Answer phone calls from customers and potential customers
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person, maintain security by following procedures and controlling access, log visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately. 
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Processes export orders and related documents delegated by Export Sales Manager
  • Possess a working knowledge of the products and services that we provide
  • Prepare customer correspondences
  • Communicate with customers
  • Resolves minor customer complaints
  • Provide updates on customer documentation
  • Provide advice to clients
  • Verify customer's complaints and provide solution or communicate to upper management
  • Assists clients in their choice of product/service
  • Provide entry-level trouble shooting and resolve issues
  • Provide necessary information about products and service
  • Keeps records of inquiries by documenting into appropriate account
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Help around with ideas to improve customer experience, which in turn improves the productivity of the company
  • Provide open communication channels with company salespersons
  • Make recommendations to management based on customers' needs
  • Provide administrative support and assistance
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving issues with customer payments/deductions
  • Issue credits when necessary
  • Schedule two company drivers based on customer requirements and equipment available
  • Assist with annual physical inventory
  • Maintain clean, accurate customer order files
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferrd
  • 1-2 years of customer service in a call center or office environment
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation Regulations a plus
  • Familiarization with manufacturing environment a plus
  • General Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet
